Orientation On Food And Drink At NAFACA colourful durbar of chiefs from the 10 regions of the country characterised activities of the National Festival of Arts and Culture (NAFAC) 2007, which was held at the Centre for National Culture, Kumasi recently. As part of activities to commemorate the 10-day event, exhibitions were mounted by the various regions, groups and stakeholders to highlight the nation’s rich traditions and culture. The Ministry of Information and National Orientation (MINO), as part of its mandate to promote the national orientation concept, African traditions and culture, mounted a traditional kitchen called the “National Orientation Kitchen” at the fair grounds, in addition to its traditional role of mounting a comprehensive photo exhibition.
