Friends, I am grateful for the opportunity to be here again with you today. The last time we met, it was for me to lay out my vision as the new Minister of Water Resources, Works and Housing. Today, as always, I am here with my hardworking team from the Ministry to more fully address the latest developments in the Water subsector and to answer any lingering questions that may yet remain unanswered following the official handing over of the management of Ghana’s Urban Water from AVRL back to the people of Ghana.
