As an NGO that provide social support  to the vulnerable and the needy in society , Ms Hutchison said they were  touched by plight of the victims  and felt it was a duty to support any initiative aimed at alleviating the suffering of the affected victims.

The CEO expressed her condolence to the bereaved families and urged sister NGOs, churches and social support institutions to mobilize the youth  to donate blood  to support  the fire and flood patients and  help assist victims.

"In addition to donating, we are also committing to support the victim of the disaster with clothes", she said

Ms Hutchison observed that Alpha life is working with some churches in other relief efforts, details of which would be shared at a later date.
