Hawkrad properties, a Ghanaian Real Estate Company, has launched its newest residential property called the Tower Cascades.

The property, located at the heart of Dzorwulu in Accra in the Greater Accra Region, is an 11-storey, 30-unit development thoughtfully crafted to house two and three bedroom residences with staff bunkers.

L-shaped to enhance views, natural light and ventilation, the building is bound together by a central core which acts like a tree trunk with branches seemingly feeding the apartments.

Each floor houses three apartments with a varying location of the main balcony, offering diverse views per apartment, alternating every other floor.

The apartments come with a fully-fitted kitchen, wardrobes for all bedrooms and concealed split air condition units.

In a statement at the launch, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hawkrad properties, Kobby Antwi-Darkwah, said Tower Cascades was the new face of Dzorwulu.

Mr Antwi-Darkwah urged other Real Estate Companies to consider putting up apartments in Dzorwulu to change the landscape of the area since it was closer to plush areas such as Airport and Roman Ridge.

He said a unit of the property was starting at $220,000, with a 5 per cent discount for interested buyers from now up to December 2017, adding that it was far cheaper than what other competitors were offering on the market. The company is also offering.

On security, he said, there was video intercom in every apartment as well as CCTV cameras installed at strategic locations.

He disclosed that the company intended its third housing project.

He also disclosed that the company intends its third housing project in Dzorwulu for rental purposes, Tower Cascades being the first of the company’s properties that was up for sale while the Cascade in Osu in Accra was also for renting.
