| Metro Mass Ensures Passenger Safety |

 The Managing Director of Metro Mass Transit Limited, Mr. Visschers Henk, has disclosed that the safety of their passenger is of paramount importance to them.He said that the drivers have been well trained and instructed to comport themselves whenever they are on the road in order to avoid any reckless accidents. Mr. Henk made these remarks when the company held a day’s training programme for its drivers in Accra yesterday. He emphasised that since drivers get tired when travelling long distances, they have provided every bus that goes on a long distance with a spare driver so that they can easily take over from the other when tired. Mr. Henk stated that their vehicles are equipped with electronic speed limiter and every vehicle has a tracking system and this is really helping them ensure passenger safety. “We want our drivers to be seen as the best, so we trained them to the level we want them to be and that female drivers are also being trained,” he said.
