Akatsi South Constituency By-Election Fixed For Feb 5

The Electoral Commission (EC) on Thursday fixed Tuesday February 5 for holding a parliamentary by-elections at the Akatsi South Constituency in the Volta region.

A statement to the Ghana News Agency in Accra signed by Mr Kwadwo Sarfo-Kantanka, EC Deputy Chairman in Charge of Operations, said the by-election follows the appointment of Mr Edward Doe Adjaho, Member of Parliament for the Constituency, as the Speaker of Parliament.
