| President Mills Receives Special Message From Dos Santos |

President Mills recalled the Angolan Leader recent visit to Ghana and when they met again in Uganda at the 15th African Union Heads of State Summit, which ended last Tuesday in Uganda. President Mills said the two countries have a lot in common and stressed the need for them to forge closer ties. Later in a chat with journalists, Mr. Chicoti said the two nations have a vibrant bilateral relation and added that the election of President Dos Santos as leader of Portuguese speaking countries in Africa (Lusophone countries) should be used to further the ties between the two nations. Mr. Chicoti noted that there are some Portuguese speaking nations in the West African sub-region. He said he used the occasion to inform President Mills of a similar visit to Nigeria.
