UNDP Supports NADMO With Logistics

Mr Kamil Kamalndeen, Country Director of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), yesterday pledged support to the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) by responding effectively and efficiently to the influx of refugees into the country.

“UNDP will support NADMO to respond to disaster activities, strengthen and provide support to disaster risk management with equipment to respond to better and effective work,” he added.

Mr Kamalndeen made the pledge when he presented a Toyota Prado Land Cruiser, two motor bikes, 10 radio handsets, two desk top computers, two printers, two scanners and other communication equipment to NADMO in Accra.
